How to Start 'The Talk'

Teaching your children about sex can feel awkward and uncomfortable. It's important to bear in mind that your children can feel just as uncomfortable as you are and are looking to you to see how to manage these feelings. It's open and connective to mention in the beginning of the conversation that it is okay and normal for them to feel uncomfortable and you are happy to answer any questions they might have.
