Passionate About Helping Others Transform
I started Embrace Therapy because I believe in the beauty, sanctity, peace, and healing power of relationships. This belief is at the core of why I am so passionate about my work - it is so profoundly meaningful to witness individuals and couples transform into the best versions of themselves so that they can experience true fulfillment and contentment in their relationships.

Embrace Therapy exists for the sole purpose of teaching people how to thrive in their relationships - both with others and with themselves. I've trained through Gottman Institute as well as became an NYU certified Sex Therapist so that my expertise matches this passion.
Because the topic of sex and intimacy is particularly taboo in the Jewish community, I've attained specialized training at the Nishmat Kallah Teaching program to best serve the Jewish population. This training has enabled me to teach sexuality and Jewish law to brides as well as maintain a culturally-sensitive therapeutic approach to the nuances in different religious perspectives and cultures.
