Passionate About Helping Others Transform

I am an NYU certified Sex Therapist, certified SIFI supervisor, and a licensed clinical social worker in the states of New York and Maryland.  I also write and facilitate many workshops and programs in the New York area on topics such as assertiveness, socialization, and conflict resolution.  I am a professional member of Psychology Today, Frum Therapist, and Nefesh international mental health organization.

In addition to my private practice, I served as school therapist for a private elementary and middle school for close to ten years.  As a trained Safety Kids instructor, I taught children about safety rules for abuse prevention, and as a Digital Citizenship instructor, I taught children how to navigate the Internet in a healthy way. I have taught Psychology 101 and supervise social work students as well.

In addition to my Intimacy and Sexuality Training teaching healthy intimacy and sexuality to adolescents, my training at the Nishmat Kallah Teaching program has enabled me to teach sexuality and Jewish law to brides as well as maintain a culturally-sensitive therapeutic approach to the nuances in different religions and cultures.
